Add $15 production setup per design/size/material/finish/run. A pair is two components. Same design, size, material/finish and thickness per quantity tier. Engraving is not included.
Base includes a simple outline plus up to two ordinary attachment holes already present in the approved cut file. Holes and slots are cut features, not supplied hardware. Extra holes, internal cutouts, intricate designs or unusually long cut paths are quoted. Engraving is optional and additional; simple names/logos/line art only, dense fills quoted.
Both overall dimensions must fit the selected size band. Larger than 3 x 3 in. or 250+ pieces: request quote.

Black Cast Acrylic · 1/8 in. · Material reference ACRS125BK · Engraves gray.
US Design 47 cuts components from purchased sheet material; we do not manufacture the raw acrylic.
Your file and cut features
Preferred cut-ready vector files: SVG, AI, EPS, DXF or vector PDF. A PDF is not necessarily vector. Clearly identify cut paths, engraving areas, units, dimensions and attachment-hole locations. Customer is responsible for hole/hardware compatibility unless design assistance is ordered. Every file is reviewed for feature size, remaining material around holes, structural integrity and cutting/material limits; modifications may be required. Normal laser-cut tolerances and slight batch/finish variation apply. No guaranteed turnaround until review.
Ordering and repeat production
Email the component type, material SKU/color, overall dimensions, piece quantity, cut-only/first-side/two-side choice, artwork file, attachment-hole diameter/location and deadline or special notes. Reference your approved prior design/order for reorders. Contact drew@usdesign47.com. Local delivery within 25 driving miles of Downingtown follows existing delivery terms.
Production setup: $15 per design, size, material/finish and run. Required in addition to per-piece cutting; applies to repeat runs. This is not an artwork fee.

Optional artwork services
Usable vector intake/ordinary placement or scaling is free. Substantial preparation, vector conversion/redraw or modifications use the existing $50 artwork service; simple new design $100; advanced work from $125. Scope confirmed first; choose one appropriate artwork service. Unchanged approved artwork does not incur repeat artwork fees.
